Kitty cats and me
I've just spend 9 months in Bangkok completing my Diplome de Cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School. You can read all about my Bangkok experience here.
Now that it's over, I have switched to a personal blog to update my life. I grew up in a household where animals were not loved or allowed. It was not until I was in my early 30s that I decided to adopt a cat. James came from a rescued shelter and after he came along, I just couldn't stop saying no to an animal in distress. I started rescuing cats myself. I currently have 6 cats at home and I have rescued and re-homed countless cats in Singapore and a few in Bangkok when I was there.
Here is a photo of 4 of my cats doing what they do best.. from the left, Amedeo, Vicki (white), Gianna and James (orange tabby).

Here is Oscar who was very sick and was rescued off the street a few years ago. He now lives at our backyard with Loreta my maid. He is her companion but I love him just as much.
My darling Elmo, often called Fatty Momo because he is so fat. He was never fed more than the others but he never exercises and prefers to live in the cupboard all the time. It is hard not to want to squeeze him when I see him!
